Dr. Ravits graduated from Goucher College in Towson, Maryland where she was elected to the National Chemistry Honor Society (John Hopkins Chapter). Dr. Ravits obtained her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital in Staten Island, New York, where she would later serve as the Associate Chief of Dermatology. In addition, Dr. Ravits completed a fellowship in dermatology at NY-Presbyterian Hospital in New York. Dr. Ravits is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Dermatological Society of New Jersey.

Dr. Alice C. Cardullo is a board-certified dermatologist with many years of experience treating patients of all ages. Dr. Cardullo treats patients in our Paramus office and also offers telemedicine appointments.
Dr. Cardullo is an Assistant Attending in the dermatology department at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and an Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University. Dr. Cardullo graduated from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine where she completed an internship and residency in pediatrics. After completing her training in pediatrics, she did a fellowship in environmental dermatology and then completed a residency in dermatology at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia University. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Academy of Pediatrics and also a member of the Dermatological Society of New Jersey.
Elizabeth Walsh, PA-C is a compassionate and experienced PA (physician assistant) who treats patients of all ages. She has extensive experience in dermatologic surgery including excision of moles, skin cancers, precancerous lesions, and tumors. Elizabeth is also affiliated with Valley Hospital in NJ. Elizabeth graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies and from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating with Honors. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She is a warm, friendly, and caring Physician Assistant and is also a mother of three children. Elizabeth is an avid marathon runner and completed both the NYC Marathon and the Boston Marathon. She enjoys running and is also a running coach in her free time.
Dr. Vitaly Terushkin
is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist and a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. Dr. Terushkin performs Mohs surgery to treat skin cancer in our Hackensack office. Dr. Terushkin was named a top doctor by Castle Connolly Top Doctors in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. He is a Clinical Instructor in Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York.
Dr. Terushkin graduated summa cum laude from Brandeis University and then attended the New York University School of Medicine. During medical school, he spent a year conducting clinical research in cutaneous oncology at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Upon graduation, he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and received the Marion B. Sulzberger Award for Excellence in Dermatology. After completing an internship in internal medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, he returned to NYU for his dermatology training where he served as a Chief Resident during his final year. Upon completing his residency, Dr. Terushkin sought additional specialized training and completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology under the guidance of Drs. Zitelli and Brodland in Pittsburgh, PA. Afterwards, he completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at NYU, making him one of a few dermatologists in the country to be fellowship-trained in both Mohs surgery and dermatopathology. Dr. Terushkin has authored multiple articles on cutaneous oncology and laser surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the American College of Mohs Surgery, and the American Society of Dermatopathology. He is fluent in Russian and conversational in Spanish.
